American handmade pottery, crafted by Sioux artists Sioux Pottery is made from the red clay of the Black Hills, SD, USA ~ sacred to the Lakota Native American People. We also use a fine imported white clay from Kentucky. Each piece of handmade pottery is crafted by our Sioux Indian artists and decorated with designs and symbols important to their Lakota culture.
